Overall, this project was a great learning experience for me. It taught us how to work as a team, as well as how to plan the creation of a new product. It made me realize that product developers put in tons of hard work that goes unseen. I was glad that I had Eric and Ethan in my group, as we are all friends, so it wasn't a problem when we had to work on the project in isolation because we could FaceTime each other. Also, it helped make sure that we were all doing our part in the project. I was disappointed that our school year got cut short due to coronavirus, so we couldn't make an actual prototype like we planned to do. I thought that we could've made a really cool and unique product if we were in school the whole year, but our mock prototype made from household materials got the job done for our presentation. For me, this project went very smoothly and it was a great ending to the PLTW Pre-Engineering Program.
